Am pleased with my mugs that arrived yesterday. I left water in it overnight as recommended. The next mug full I left for 3 hours. I am definitely going to order more for gifts.

The tarnishing you’re seeing is a natural reaction of genuine copper, especially as the inside of the mugs is raw, uncoated copper and comes into direct contact with water.
For cleaning, we recommend using lemon and salt rather than lemon and water alone:
Sprinkle a small amount of salt onto the affected area.
Rub gently with half a lemon, using the lemon and salt together to help lift the tarnish.
Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
Dry the mug immediately with a soft cloth.
You may need to gently scrub the affected areas for a little longer if the tarnish is more noticeable.

I love these but even better ny original parcel turned by damaged by aust post so copper direct replaced the missing items immediately I'm so grateful to this great company it restores faith.

The cups were exactly what i ordered and arrived in a timely manner
However separating the 8 cups was a real hassle as they were jammed so tightly. It took me around 30 minutes to separate all of them
The cup at the top was sightly squashed and not sure if if was due to packing or Australia Post.
I would suggest that the cups be packet in a sturdy box rather than just a plastic bag.
Because of the damage to one of my cups I was a little disappointed since i spent almost $200 on my order.

I ordered two, unfortunately, they were not packaged as well as the
‘Antique’ tumblers. These two had tissue paper between them, but one had been ‘wedged’ into the other tightly, then bubble wrapped and put in postpack rather than boxed.
I couldn’t seperate them manually, had to refridgerate, tap, and work apart.
Happy with the look, and feel.
They arrived well packaged. They looked smaller than I was expecting, but they hold ~ 325 mls and looks good, feels comfortable to hold. Happy to give as a gift.
They all look great and I love using them. I also gifted the three piece set to my daughter for Christmas and she left some water in one of the cups overnight and it had gone black on the side and bottom of the cup. Is there any way you would recommend cleaning it as I don’t want to use any harsh chemicals.
Wasn’t quite sure if I was going to receive these in time for a Christmas present but they arrived on time and my friends loved them, especially knowing the health benefits from drinking from a copper vessel.

I had a problem with one item missing from my order but it was rectified immediately on notification and the missing item was delivered promptly. In fact I ended up with an additional copper tumbler which was very much appreciated.
